Peach Yogurt Recipe

Recipe for a tart and tangy smoothie without using banana or pineapple, which I hate:

* 2 apricots or 1 peach (canned works, especially if stored in pear juice instead of heavy syrup)
* 10 or so raspberries (frozen works)
* 3 big spoonfuls of low-fat plain yogurt, about 1/3 cup
* 1 generous spoonful frozen orange juice concentrate
* 4-5 ice cubes
* honey to taste (1-2 spoonfuls)

Blend until it’s the consistency of a milkshake. Makes about 16 oz.
